fuck it. nic told me the story behind her nightmares, excruciating detail and you can't expect the imagination to spare any such renderings. i won't muse on the morality of it (fairly obvious we're all acting in ignorance of what should be natural fucking respect for others), but i'm devastated over our legal system letting him (and others like him) off with nothing more than permanent cuffs on the wrists. i'd prescribe my own retribution, but that's not very pc, is it? i'm supposed to turn a blind eye to this shit and pretend like it never happened, keep my mouth shut for fear of offending anyone. just keep swallowing, with the occasional smile to let everyone know that everything is perfectly okay (as long as it's not in my backyard, of course.) carry on, motherfuckers.
